We offer complimentary in-person and virtual personal shopping appointments. Stop by our London flagship, open Monday-Saturday from 10am to 6:30pm or schedule a virtual appointment with our personal shopping team to call, text or zoom for a tailored experience.
Monogramming
Build a personalised Métier gift by adding a detachable strap, charm or monogram. For monogrammed pieces, use our live personalisation tool to choose the style.
Gift Wrapping
To have your present gift-wrapped, select the option in your shopping bag, at the stage before checkout. For any special requests please contact our team at customercare@metier.com
Flagship Holiday Hours
This holiday season, our opening hours in our flagship store will be:
December 24th - 10am to 3pm
December 25th - 26th - Closed
December 27th - 30th 10am to 6:30pm (Closed on Sunday 29th)
December 31st - January 1st - Closed
January 2nd onwards - Open as usual
Pre Christmas Delivery
To receive your gifts in perfect time for Christmas, the last day to place your order online is Wednesday 18th December.
Extended Returns
Orders placed from 1st November can be returned for a refund online, or exchange or credit in store, up until 13th January 2025.
